PR Manager
We are looking for a creative PR Manager, based in The Netherlands (Utrecht area preferred), with a passion for video games to join our dynamic marketing team.
As a PR manager, you will build and manage relationships with press and influencers to supporting us and our clients’ games. You will be responsible for boosting awareness and engagement for each client and their games.

Day-to-day duties
- Develop, deliver, and execute PR plans, campaigns, and seasonal PR calendars
- Organize and manage press moments like previews, reviews, let’s plays, and more
- Produce content for press kits, press releases, award (show) entries, and pitches
- Creatively and strategically deliver major news announcements
- Manage media inquiries, interview requests, and reports
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results regularly
- Maximize online share-of-voice for all clients and their games
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within the industry
- Maintain a keen understanding of game industry trends impacting clients and recommending appropriate communication strategies
- Identify and share competitor insights with the team
- Brief and manage external local PR and influencer agencies
- Optimize communication through PR (testing) tools, analytics, SEO reports, surveys, and more
- Support the Game Drive team and/or clients at exhibitions and events
Skills required
- Creative with exceptional English writing skills (native English speakers preferred)
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related creative field
- Strong affinity for video games; able to generate enthusiasm and empathy for each project
- Minimum 2 years of PR experience and proven hands-on Game Marketing experience, including managing media relationships, influencer partnerships, and collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders
- Skills to act as a spokesperson, proactively pitch and place stories in the media, as well as manage media relationships, and maintaining an up-to-date network of media contacts
- Strong communication skills when liaising with colleagues, influencers, press, and clients – effectively conveying the value of client games
- Deep understanding of social influencer marketing and its impact on brand promotion and commercial success
- Ability to build trust, rapport, and long-term relationships with influencers and press
- Familiarity with current and emerging PR platforms, gaming trends, and social media (particularly X and LinkedIn)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines

- Employment contract – fulltime gross salary of € 3.000 – €4.000, depending on experience
- Contract term: 7 – 12 months

Game Marketeer
Game Drive is seeking a talented Game Marketeer to join our dynamic team!
As a Game Marketeer, you’ll work closely with us and our clients, providing daily support for social media,
content, sales and PR activities. Additionally, you’ll contribute to high-level strategic planning, market research,
and marketing campaigns. Ideal candidates possess a deep understanding of game marketing and strong English
language skills. We’re looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and independent team player to help us push
Game Drive to the next level.

Day-to-day duties
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, marketing team, partners, and clients on marketing strategy
- Support and optimize online marketing campaigns in cooperation with clients and external
partners; distributors, influencers, and the press - Conduct efficient KPI reviews and revise of marketing strategies based on milestones
- Provide feedback and develop marketing activities
- Manage existing player communications through mailings, newsletters, internal websites, and social media
- Handle product Marketing, including market positioning, company research and product analysis
- Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Flag potential risks or problems from internal or external factors
- Assist the Marketing Manager with research and execution of project plans
- Read, identify, and understand reports; translate opportunities and post-project insights into actions
- Review marketing channels, performing quality assurance
- Liaison between colleagues and developers: coordinate between colleagues and developers to make sure
everything goes smoothly
Skills required
- Broad marketing knowledge; digital and traditional
- Affinity with video games, able to generate enthusiasm and empathy for each project
- Hands-on experience with social media, content marketing, and analytics
- Skilled at constructive critique, providing feedback to marketing efforts, processes, and deliverables
- International commercial awareness; understanding of different cultural approaches and trends
- Self-motivated, proactive, analytical thinking
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commercial education: business or marketing
- Preferred: knowledge of game development
