Our Role | October 2016 – October 2017
Our work with Yvora Game Studio has been centered on strategy and promotion. We put together a detailed business plan to clarify and define their vision, goals, and company mission. As well as being beneficial for the daily functioning of the company itself by keeping everyone on the same page, the plan provided a base which we are using to assist Yvora in seeking investment opportunities.
To support Yvora’s identified goals we established communication guidelines and have been offering advice on their website and social media presences, as well as providing direct support with social media management and posting.
